Quantity Surveyor – Fit Out Full Time

My client is a progressive business who is looking to strengthen their Team with an additional Quantity Surveyor for extensive works within the Hospitality Fit Out sector. Projects can range from Hotel Rooms, to Restaurants, Retail, Commercial, and to larger scale Refurbishments, so a strong background of working on multiple fast-track projects will be required.

To be considered, you will have/be:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
• A solid background within a UK (or other) Fit Out arena.
• Experience of Hotel based projects, from Rooms, to Restaurants, Retail, and Commercial, and more.
• Prior/current Caribbean (or other international) experience is highly advantageous, but not a necessity
• Between 5–10 years’ post graduate experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Ideally experienced in running multiple fast-track schemes, or larger singular projects.
• Experienced in working with high-end finishes
• This role will report into the Commercial Manager, and you will be experienced in undertaking Procurement, Take-Offs, BoQ’s, Measurements and Subcontractor Management (but not limited to).
