Project Manager – Luxury Residential Full Time

My client is a forward thinking Contractor operating within the luxury residential market on both new build and refurbishment projects. Based within the Caricom member states, they are ideally seeking a professional from within the Caribbean to oversee Luxury Residential projects within the range of US$1.5m to $10m. Dependent upon experience, the Project Manager may oversee one, or multiple projects.

To be considered:

• Experience within the Caribbean luxury residential sector.
• Degree qualified within a Construction focused setting.
• 5-10yrs Construction based Management experience, with at least 3-5yrs in Project Management.
• IT Literate.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Define project scopes
• Create construction estimates and material takeoffs
• Create and manage construction project budgets
• Create construction project management plans
• Negotiate with subcontractors to obtain profitable construction contracts
• Develop construction schedules, with project deliverables and milestones
• Keep inventory of tools, equipment and machinery
• Manage resources such as construction materials, construction workers and equipment
• Allocate and manage resource logistics
• Create status reports for project stakeholders
• Oversee performance of subcontractor, site manager and other members of the construction team
• Obtain building permits, licenses and meet code regulations
• Maintain health and safety standards
• Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
