Project Manager Full Time

My client is seeking to strengthen its team with an additional Project Manager for involvement in luxury bespoke residential builds. The is an immediate position where the initial project involvement will be to help deliver a current project through the handover process, to then start a new build luxury residential project in January 2026.

The Project Manager required needs to have a strong structural background, as this role will require the oversight of a subcontractor undertaking the concrete works, so QA/QC on this package will be a necessity. The property has a steel structure roof that goes on to a complicated concrete structure, so the placement of the steel roof needs to be undertaken with the utmost precision. A strong internal finishes background will also be necessary.

To be considered, you will have:

• At least 7 years’ experience of working in a Project Manager capacity
• A solid background in delivering luxury residential builds of US$5-15m
• Prior/current Caribbean project experiences (highly advantageous)
• A career history that demonstrates experiences within the luxury residential/hospitality sector
• A strong Trades background, or degree qualified
• A strong background in engineering and concrete structural build packages
• A high level of luxury finishes experience
• IT proficiency.

Duties (but not limited to):

• Manage and monitor both in-house staff and subcontractors
• Ensure all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Procedures are followed
• Project Scheduling
• Deliver the project within schedule/programme and budget
• Liaise with client, owners and designers
• Attend progress meetings and report directly to the Contracts Manager and Director
• Be responsible for achieving high standards of quality and workmanship on site.
