My client is a leading Contractor operating across the Caribbean and they are seeking an experienced Finishing Superintendent/Manager for prestigious new build projects within the Commercial and Hospitality sectors.
To be considered, You will have:
A strong trades/craft background
Experience in the management of specialist subcontract teams and in the running of multiple wet and dry trades teams, both in-house and external.
Experience of high-end Hospitality and Commercial projects within the Caribbean is a major preference.
Scheduling experience
Experience in interpreting Engineering and Architectural designs and specifications, and Submittals
QA/QC
A keen eye for detail and be highly experienced in producing and overseeing snagging/punch lists for client handover
Computer literacy is a requirement for this position.
