Our client is a leading Hospitality business and they are seeking to recruit a Director of Construction to work in the Caribbean region. As Director of Construction, you will be responsible for managing all construction projects carried out in the area, working with both internal teams and external contractors. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Plan, coordinate, and organize all new construction and renovation projects.
• Participate in the design and development of new construction projects.
• Oversee project execution to ensure works are completed within the approved budget and to the required quality standards.
• Report regularly to senior management on the status and progress of ongoing projects.
• Ensure compliance with established deadlines and budgets.

What We Are Looking For:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Architect, or in a similar role. Previous experience in hotel and/or resort construction projects is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques, together with analytical skills and experience using project control and reporting tools.
• A university degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Excellent monitoring and supervisory skills.
• A responsible, solution-oriented, adaptable, hardworking, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Availability to travel frequently and reside in different Caribbean countries.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
