Senior PV Installer Full Time NEW

Requirements
– Fully qualified, time-served electrician with minimum 10 years’ experience
– At least 5 years’ experience as a Solar PV Installer
– Advanced qualification in Renewable Energy Systems (e.g., USSI PV201 or
equivalent)
– Proven electrical design skills in commercial & residential solar with storage grid-tied,
grid-interactive, and off-grid systems (both 2-phase and 3-phase supplies)
– Proven track record with commercial, industrial, and residential installations
across grid-tied, grid-interactive, and off-grid systems (both 2-phase and 3-phase
supplies)
– Proficient in CAD and able to read/interpret engineering drawings
– Computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Key Responsibilities
– Manage procurement and logistics for renewable energy system installations
– Oversee and maintain installed renewable energy systems
– Act as primary liaison with clients, consultants, and project partners
– Lead and manage installation teams

– Flexible and willing to work across all inhabited islands

Desirable Experience
– Microgrid and solar farm installations
– Ground-mount piling projects
– Medium voltage systems

Qualifications
– Time-served/apprentice-trained electrician with a valid Electrician’s Permit (must be
eligible to certify as a registered in-country Electrician)
– NABCEP PVIP certification preferred but not essential
