Construction Manager Full Time

• Role: Construction Manager / Site Superintendent / Site Manager
• Location: Caribbean
• Sector: Custom Build Luxury Residential / Boutique Resorts
• Remuneration: US$95k-110k (Tax Free) + Relocation + Vehicle + Vacation + Phone/Laptop.

My client is seeking to strengthen its team with two additional Construction Managers for involvement in bespoke Luxury Residential builds, and a Luxury Boutique Resort.

To be considered, you will have:

• At least 5-7 years’ experience of working in a Construction Manager/Superintendent capacity
• A strong Trades’ based background (or academic background)
• A solid background in taking a project out of the ground through to finishes (highly advantageous)
• RC Frame experience
• Luxury Finishes experience
• Prior/current Caribbean project experience is a necessity
• A career history that demonstrates experiences within the luxury Custom Build Residential market on single properties of $5m+, and on Luxury Hospitality projects.

Duties (but not limited to):

• Oversight of day to day field activities
• Manage and monitor both in-house staff and subcontractors
• Ensure all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Procedures are followed
• Deliver the project/package within programme and budget
• Liaise with client and designers
• Attend progress meetings and record and report directly to a Senior Project Manager or Owner.
• Be responsible for achieving high standards of quality and workmanship on site
• Assist with new building projects and renovations
• Liaise with the Project Manager on Procurement Strategy; oversee material stock, orders and delivery
• Establish and operate cost control systems.
